Just remember Brian, was trying to cut weight in Strong Man because of the way the tournament formats were running. Brian wasn't even able to down to Levans weight, that is the size difference we're talking here. Levans Max Bench Press, which is one of his main lifts, was 260kg for 1. Brian without focusing on his Bench, was doing 240kg+ paused Bench for reps. Brian grip strength is godly among Strong Man. Levan might be the king Kong of Arm Wrestling. Brian is very cerebral and measured with his training. This is a man that LOVES to lift. He needs someone like Ryan, Devon or MMT to show him the various arm wrestling specific exercises so he can establish a baseline and begin making progress. We all know table time is more important for technique, but adapting his existing strength for arm wrestling movements will help him get comfortable with putting maximum effort into his pulls.
